⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Masters Automotive on State Road. The team was professional, honest, and got the job done quickly. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto repair!

I returned to Master Auto Service to install a Power Stop Extreme kit on my Infiniti Q70L, and they continue to define what true honesty looks like. Their team is incredibly straightforward and fair, providing a level of integrity and earnestness that is hard to find. I never have to worry about being misled or overcharged; they are sincere, trustworthy, and deliver high-quality work without any 'fluff.' They have earned my loyalty through their virtuous and transparent approach to auto care.

I recently had my Infiniti Q70L serviced at Master Auto Service, and I was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to honesty and integrity. From the moment I walked in, I felt that I was dealing with a team that embodied the core principles of straightforwardness and truthfulness. My initial consultation was a perfect example of this. The service advisor took the time to explain the necessary repairs in a clear and transparent manner. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or use confusing jargon. Instead, they focused on what was essential for the health and safety of my vehicle, demonstrating a sincere and trustworthy approach. I was given a fair and detailed estimate, with no hidden fees or surprises. During the repair process, I received a call with an update, which I appreciated greatly. The mechanic had discovered a minor issue that, while not urgent, was something I should be aware of for future maintenance. They presented it as an honest observation rather than a sales pitch, allowing me to make an informed decision without any pressure. This kind of integrity is a rarity and speaks volumes about their character. When I picked up my car, the final bill match

Last night unexpectedly my check engine light came on, and my car started puttering like crazy. This morning I was frantically calling different chops to see who could get me in on a short notice and these guys were willing to take me in at the time I needed, and we’re super kind over the phone. Once I got there, they took less than an hour to diagnose and fix my problem for me and charge a very fair rate in my own honest opinion, would highly recommend them to anyone on the west side of Cleveland area for all their car troubles! Thank you again guys!!!
